At Frickson Construction Services, we specialize in preparing residential and small-scale commercial sites for construction with precision and efficiency. From clearing debris to solving drainage issues, we make sure your project starts on solid ground.
Our Excavation Services
Demolition
We handle both residential and light commercial demolition, including structure teardown and debris removal. When it’s time to start fresh, we bring in the right equipment and see the job through.
Concrete Removal
Old driveways, pads and foundations don’t stand a chance. We break down and swiftly haul away concrete so you’re ready to rebuild or repurpose the space.
Site Clearing
Brush, debris, leftover construction waste — we clear it all. While tree removal is not currently performed in-house, we can subcontract it as needed and plan to offer it directly in the near future.
Site Prep
Good prep work makes everything else go smoother. We provide general and rough grading, shaping the land to improve drainage and prepare for foundation, concrete or landscaping work. We also install drainage systems, retaining walls and mitigate water issues around homes and basements.
Driveway Grading
We prepare driveways for gravel, asphalt or concrete surfaces with proper grading for long-term performance and drainage. If your existing driveway is pooling or sloping toward the house, we’ll regrade it and install trench drains or corrective measures to redirect water where it belongs.
